Actor could be allergic to ingredients
Actor that is using the prosthetic
Props and costume due to allergic reaction
Make sure that the actors have no allergies to the product used by checking with their doctors.  
MODERATE
Tell all actors involved with shooting what ingredients are involved with the fake blood.
Actors could slip on fake blood
Blood could injure actors
Props and green screen
Tell all actors that they cannot stand on certain points so that they don’t slip
HIGH
Place tape over the areas where they cant move to avoid them falling over.
Make up artist may accidentally injure the actor whilst cutting the putty
Actor who could be cut
Costumes and props
Briefing the makeup artist how deep the cut should go
LOW
Place board over the area of the prosthetic so that the actor cannot be cut as easily
