Tripping over props and furniture	actors	location furniture	furniture has been shown to the crew and actors so that they will not trip over it	MODERATE	uneeded furniture will be removed from the location during shooting so that actors won't be able to I just themselves so easily.
bad lighting may limit visibility	actors and cameraman	props	Lights will be used in the location allowing for the shit to become clearer and to reduce the risk of actors tripping.	LOW	Roots and other objects that could injure the crew will be marked with tape so it can be seen.
actors may slip over when walking	actors	none	Crew will make sure the floor that is being used is not slippery when used. The actor will also make sure their feet aren't wet by drying then before the shot.	MODERATE	The crew will dry the floor before the shot to make sure that it is dry during each take.
cameraman may fall while moving the dolly	cameraman	dolly and camera	Other crew members will make sure that there is nothing in the way of the dolly.	MODERATE	A track will be set out for the camera man to use which has been cleared so they have the lowest chance of falling.
actors may injure themselves while disguising themselves	actors and cameraman	props and costumes	The director will demonstrate to the actors how they should put on their costumes	LOW	Photos will be taken to show how to equip  them.
prosthetic may limit vision	cameraman and actors	props	The art director will show how to put on the prosthetic so that vision isn't obscured whilst filming.	MODERATE	Filming will be reset if the actor says their vision is impaired because of it.
tree roots may injure actors	actors	props and costumes	Actors will be shown where the hazards are in the area of filming so that they don't trip themselves.	LOW	Bright tale will be put over all hazards that aren't in shot.
